Hi! I’m Nic Johnson, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I run Family Constellation Workshops both in person and online.

I’ve been immersed in family constellations for the past 10 years, facilitating workshops in the South West of the UK. I’m currently an assistant trainer on Barbara Morgan’s training in Somerset. This training runs for two years and is something I have been involved with now for many years. It is the most comprehensive training in systemic work available in the UK and there are now many graduates working and training others in the UK, Ireland, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Romania too.

I started my working life as a pharmacist with the NHS, working in hospitals, community practices, and as a General Practice Support Pharmacist. I retrained as a homeopath, hoping to connect more deeply with others, and I loved it. I became a more holistic pharmacist but I struggled to align with my core values and my need to work more intuitively and to find a more embodied practice.

After briefly juggling both careers, I attended a ‘Unicorn voice camp’ where I first encountered Barbara Morgan’s work as a family constellations facilitator. It was a turning point.

Now, led by Barbara and alongside Rici Ni Chlieirigh we work with a group of trainees supporting them to facilitate workshops and learn the details of systemic work. Whether it’s with a large group in training, a smaller group of up to 12 during one of my regular smaller workshops, or 1-on-1 with a client, I love this work and it always brings insights and a deep connection to others. It had become a way of life that is sustainable and helps me and others to find resource through the flow of love from our ancestors.

Along the way, my own healing has been shaped by Insight Meditation, Core Process Therapy, The Turning Point series, a lot of travel, raising two children, and my many years of training with Barbara Morgan, Stephan Hausner, Ty Francis, Roisin Fallen, Poppy Altmann and Rici Ni Chleirigh in Family Constellation work.
